When should Capirel be used?

In pests of fruit orchards: in autumn, as soon as the larvae that hibernate in the trunk or in the ground have finished their descent. By focusing on the hibernation phase, the inoculum of pests is reduced and the next season begins with a clean surface.

In the asparagus beetle: during cultivation, from mid-April to mid-July, aimed at the larval stages of the 1st or even the 2nd generation.

How does Capirel work?

The entomopathogenic nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) parasitize their prey.

The nematodes seek and penetrate their prey, which kill within 24-48 hours releasing symbiotic bacteria. After the prey dies, they feed and grow inside, before going out to look for a new prey.
