When should Spidend be used?
Use Spidend for the biological control of several species of red spider. Its use is recommended especially when colonies or localized spider spotlights are observed.
How does Spidend work?
The adult cecidómidos mosquitos actively seek out the red spider colonies and deposit their eggs next to them. The eggs take a week to become mature larvae. After emerging, the larvae feed on the eggs of the red spider.
Spidend application
Drill a hole in the cap and place the pot on the block of rock wool or directly on the ground.

Feltiella acarisuga should always be used in combination with the predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis (Spidex).
Optimal handling conditions of Spidend
