When to use Azafit?

How does Azafit work?
Azafit inhibits the formation of ecdysone, the main hormone that causes the moult of insects, interfering with the process of state change, possessing, in addition, an antifeedant, repellent effect of sexual confusion and inhibiting the oviposition of females. Its mode of action is by direct contact and ingestion. Its spectrum of action is specific for insects and other arthropods in the larval and pupal stages.
Apply in normal spray, diluted to 0.0025 - 0.15%, according to crops and pests. In those cases in which it can be applied at low volume, dose between 0.75 - 1.5 liters per hectare (l / ha).
Carry out the applications first thing in the morning or at the end of the afternoon, from the first stages of development of the plague, repeating in case of need at intervals of 7 days.
In beans for grain, apply until the petals fall.
In citrus plants of up to 3 years, against Phyllocnistis can be applied also by brushwood of the trunk, over graft in a length of 15 cm, mixed in equal parts with an amino acid preparation, repeating the treatment after 15 days.
The treatment against Orthoptera is applicable in addition to wasteland, in all crops in which the use of this preparation is authorized against other pests, under the same conditions of dose and safety term.
Conditions of optimal handling of Azafit
To obtain the best results, it is advisable that the pH of the spray mixture be between 4 and 7.
