The IVA is not applied on the prices published in the virtual catalogue. This tax will be calculated and it will be specified before to confirm the order.

In case of the costumer are not satisfied in their expectative or when the product for different reason gets damaged, the costumer can execute the devolution of the products.
The claim will had conduct always 15 days after the reception of the material. The products should to keep in the original container if the product was not use.
Materials will not be accepted if they get damaged to be outside of the container (like pheromones or lures) Not all materials may be accepted or returnable
